MileAds Media Solutions is owned and operated by Matt Shepard in Valleyview, Alberta. This site exists so businesses can learn about advertising on the Highway 43 billboard and get in touch.

What we collect

If you send the quote form or use the sample-ad tool, we keep what you type: your name, business name, email, phone number, and your message. We use it to respond to you and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Analytics

The site uses cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It does not use advertising trackers and it does not set marketing cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click.

Abuse protection

The public forms keep a short-lived, anonymized record (a hashed network identifier) so the same machine cannot spam them. It is not used for anything else.

Email sales@mileads.ca or call 780-552-3685 and ask. If you want the details you sent deleted, say so and it will be done.
